Terms & Conditions – SAFIS 2025 Registration
By registering for the South African Funeral Industry Summit (SAFIS) 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Use of Personal Information
By completing this registration, you acknowledge and consent that your full name, email address, and contact number will be collected, processed, and stored by 360 Administration & Systems in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
- Sharing of Information with Sponsors & Event Partners
To enhance your event experience, selected sponsors and event partners may be provided access to attendee details for networking, business development, and follow-up communication related to SAFIS 2025. Your data will not be sold, transferred, or used for any purpose unrelated to this event.
By registering, you:
- Consent to your contact details being shared with SAFIS 2025 sponsors for relevant post-event communication.
- Understand that sponsors may contact you regarding products, services, or insights relevant to the funeral and insurance industries.
- Acknowledge that all sponsors are contractually required to handle your data securely and in compliance with POPIA.
- Opt-Out Option
If you do not wish for your details to be shared with event sponsors, please email us at SAFIS2025@pol360.co.za within 48 hours of registering to opt out.
- Media Consent
By attending SAFIS 2025, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, with the understanding that event footage may be used for future marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
- Event Communication & Updates
By registering, you agree to receive event-related communication, including:
- Agenda updates, speaker announcements, and important event logistics.
- Post-event surveys and engagement opportunities.
- Relevant industry insights and SAFIS 2025 highlights.
